How do I rent a rack?
- Complete the booking form – https://form.jotform.com/251363224838054
- Choose your rack type (full/half/children’s).
- Choose duration (charged by week – Sunday to Saturday).
- Transfer full payment to details provided in form.

How many items can I put on a rack?
- Full rack – 40 items and 10 accessories
- Half rack – 20 items and 5 accessories
- Children’s rack – 40 items and 10 accessories
When do I stock my rack and collect remaining stock?
- Racks can be stocked on Sunday mornings from 8am. Earlier the better for sales, Crystal is always in the shop between 8-10am.
- Remaining stock needs to be collected by Saturday afternoon – packed up by 5pm. Crystal is in the shop between 3-5pm.
How are sales made?
All sales are made through ‘The Barn’ tills downstairs from the shop. (CCTV is in place in the shop)
How do I prepare my rack?
- Wash, iron/steam items to ensure they’re at their most presentable/desirable.
- Tag each item with the following: Clear Initials on the back of the tag (this is how we keep track of what’s yours). Neat legible price, size and brief description on the front of your tag. Eg, “Witchery Green Dress, Size M, $20”. Please ensure tags are securely attached so they stay on for the duration of your rental.
- Create an Item List for your own record as well as ours, this ensures all sales are well recorded and any unsold items are accounted for at the end of your Rental. The description on the list should correspond with the description on your tag for easy identification (template within this document).
- On the morning of your rental start date bring all items in neatly tagged and ready to hang *all coat hangers are provided.
- For the best results we recommend quality well known brands & in season pieces. Avoid Large coats in summer for example.
Do you supply the tags?
No, tags need to be organised by the seller. Items are brought in to the shop labelled and ready to hang. Tags are sold in the shop if seller’s haven’t been able to source them.
How much is a rack?
- Full rack – $60 per week
- Half rack – $40 per week
- Children’s rack – $50 per week
